Please check your information carefully. In the event of changes after invoicing, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of 30,00 € for credit notes and revised invoices.

Please note that you book a conference package and receive an invoice for the entire package price for the costs. Individual services of the conference package (such as accommodation costs) cannot be invoiced separately.

Additionally, please note that as the event takes place in Germany and according to German tax law, the invoice cannot be issued without VAT. In this case what matters is where the event and the service take place, not where the invoiced company is located.

During the event, a commissioned photographer may take photos and, if applicable, video recordings. These photos and video recordings may show participants as well as speakers in individual or group shots.

By giving your consent, you agree that this material may be used for the following purposes:

  • Publication on the social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube) of GSE and its service partner paul.
  • Publication on the GSE website.
  • Use in digital and printed brochures, flyers or presentations for the external representation of our GSE organization
